This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the strategic design and implementation of clinical, product, market, and sales skills training for commercial teams.
• Create and deliver advanced learning programs in various formats, including virtual, live, in-person, and self-paced options.
• Work closely with internal partners to outline the learning curriculum and provide engaging training experiences.
• Develop training initiatives that empower ACM teams to enhance the current portfolio and facilitate new product introductions.
• Act as the strategic leader for commercial training and sales enablement efforts.
• Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to continuously provide clinical, market, and product education.
• Introduce innovative training tools and delivery methods to enhance learning experiences.
• Conduct new-hire training sessions, assessments, certifications, and performance evaluations.
• Evaluate training metrics to identify improvement areas and assess impact.
• Oversee the execution of commercial training events.
• Mentor and develop Field Sales Trainers (FSTs).
• A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in fields such as education, business, marketing, or instructional design.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in field sales and/or sales training, preferably in medical devices, capital equipment, med-tech, or healthcare IT.
• Demonstrated success in designing and delivering impactful commercial or clinical training.
• Strong skills in collaboration, organization, and strategic problem-solving.
• In-depth knowledge of learning principles and sales enablement strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Proficient with virtual platforms and digital learning technologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% both domestically and internationally.
