This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Define and spearhead the analytics vision within commercial and marketing sectors, converting strategy into a clear execution roadmap that enhances visibility into business drivers and facilitates performance optimization.
• Establish and advocate best practices for performance management, business intelligence, and analytics in commercial and marketing.
• Lead, nurture, and mentor a high-performing analytics team, promoting a culture of curiosity, accountability, and ongoing improvement.
• Enhance team capabilities in Power BI, advanced analytics, and insight storytelling to fortify business partnerships.
• Collaborate with Commercial Strategy to aid in business planning and the formulation of both long-term (3-year Strategic Plan) and annual (AOP) commercial strategies.
• Work alongside FP&A and Commercial Strategy on reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning activities.
• Oversee commercial performance management, including KPI definition, governance, and cross-functional alignment.
• Direct the monthly rhythm of Sales Leadership Reviews and Monthly Commercial Operating Reviews (MORs), providing clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations.
• Propel the development and ongoing enhancement of Power BI dashboards and reports utilized across Sales and senior leadership.
• 7+ years of experience in analytics within commercial (sales) and marketing sectors.
• 3+ years of experience in leading and developing analytics teams.
• Proven experience in applying advanced analytics to generate insights for Sales and Marketing functions.
• Strong expertise in KPI development, performance management, dashboard creation, and data analysis.
• Proficient in Power BI (or similar BI tools) with experience handling large, complex datasets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to convert data into actionable business insights.
