This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Spearhead the creation of the EMEA Market Access value communication strategy by integrating clinical outcomes, health economic data, and real-world insights into a cohesive and persuasive narrative.
• Design and uphold value communication tools, frameworks, and playbooks that can be scaled and tailored for various EMEA market scenarios.
• Formulate new payer and stakeholder engagement strategies and service concepts, assisting countries in transitioning from transactional interactions to value-driven dialogues.
• Oversee the value strategy aspect of key tenders, ensuring the clear expression and quantification of Dexcom’s value proposition.
• Equip country teams with value frameworks, messaging, and business-case rationale that fosters competitive differentiation in tenders.
• Identify the value evidence necessary to enhance tender value propositions and guide upstream evidence-generation priorities.
• Collaborate closely with Market Access leadership to evaluate current capabilities, pinpoint gaps, and prioritize value communication requirements.
• Assist country teams with clear and concise system-value messaging and pull-through narratives in partnership with Commercial and Sales leadership.
• Extensive experience in commercial market access and tender environments at the country or EMEA level.
• Demonstrated ability to craft clear value narratives that integrate clinical, economic, and commercial viewpoints.
• Experience in designing scalable tools, frameworks, or engagement models suitable for varied market environments.
• Strong collaboration skills across functions in matrix organizations.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate strategy into actionable direction.
• Solid comprehension of health economics and evidence-based value communication.
• Robust analytical skills and business acumen.

• Highly proficient in English.
