Senior Manager, Collections Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement collection strategies across various stages of delinquency.

• Collaborate with different departments to create, test, and refine treatment strategies.

• Assess the performance of strategies and suggest improvements.

• Serve as the primary regulatory liaison regarding risk matters.

• Represent the business in corporate initiatives and provide guidance in complex scenarios.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a Graduate degree is preferred or equivalent progressive work experience.

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.

• Proficient computer skills in MS Office and various analytical/reporting software.

• Experience with Relational Databases and ETL processes using SQL or SAS.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to adapt to evolving requirements.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective business relationships.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experienced in formulating and presenting recommendations to Senior Management.
