This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Enhance systems efficiency, design workflows, and establish training frameworks within the Coaching Department.
• Collaborate with the Senior Director to convert departmental goals into organized workflows.
• Assist in the development and upkeep of coaching resources and tools.
• Identify workflow challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Manage the Coach Training Academy and the onboarding process.
• Create learning pathways and pinpoint skill deficiencies.
• Develop data tools and dashboards for monitoring performance.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams for AI and automation implementation.
• Convert intricate product changes into actionable workflow directives.
• 3–5+ years of progressive experience in people management and operational leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate within a Coaching Leadership Team.
• Proven track record of analyzing complex operations, identifying inefficiencies, and designing scalable workflows.
• Experience in translating operational frameworks into practical training materials.
• Strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with operational dashboards.
• Foundational understanding of evidence-based behavior change models.
• Solid grasp of coaching performance metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health discipline is required.
