Senior Manager, CLM Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive CLM implementations across various platforms, including Ironclad, Agiloft, Sirion, Icertis, and others.

• Set up workflows, approval processes, templates, clause libraries, metadata frameworks, and business rules.

• Design and manage system integrations with Salesforce, ERP systems, vendor management tools, repositories, and other enterprise applications.

• Create, oversee, or coordinate API connectors with internal engineering teams or external vendors.

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), migration coordination, deployment, and go-live support.

• Collaborate closely with legal, procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to collect and convert requirements into technical solutions.

• Direct internal migration, abstraction, and data validation teams throughout the implementation process.

• Develop and maintain implementation documentation, including configuration specifications, workflow diagrams, administration guides, and playbooks.

• Provide training to client teams and internal analysts on platform utilization, best practices, and ongoing improvements.

• Offer post-production support, encompassing workflow enhancements and optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–12+ years of practical experience in CLM implementation.

• Proven experience with at least one major CLM platform (Ironclad preferred; Agiloft, Sirion, Icertis acceptable).

• Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, workflow automation, metadata models, and data structures.

• Experience in managing legacy migrations, metadata mapping, and CLM clean-ups.

• Capability to independently handle enterprise-scale implementations.

• Excellent technical documentation, problem-solving, and client-facing abilities.

• Proficient in collaborating effectively across legal, IT, procurement, and business teams.

• Experience with multi-platform CLM implementations.

• Background in engineering, computer science, or technical delivery.

• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and enterprise system landscapes.

• Certifications in CLM platforms (Ironclad, Agiloft, Sirion, Icertis, etc.).

• Experience in developing standardized implementation frameworks or playbooks.
