Senior Manager, Clinical Site Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide leadership and operational expertise in managing one or more Phase I–III clinical trials across the European region.

• Ensure excellence in operational processes and site performance throughout the trial.

• Act as the primary operational contact for assigned clinical trial sites within Summit.

• Enhance study start-up efficiency and uphold high standards of performance and quality during the study lifecycle.

• Serve as a strategic partner to study teams and sites, delivering a top-tier experience for our clinical trial sites.

• Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate site progress, address potential risks, and execute corrective actions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a scientific or medical field is required.

• An advanced degree (MSc, PharmD, PhD) is preferred.

• At least 8 years of industry experience in clinical research or related roles is necessary.

• Previous experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) and/or Regional/Clinical Operations Manager within a CRO or sponsor organization is highly desirable.

• Extensive experience in late-stage oncology clinical trials is required.

• A proven history of operational excellence in managing multi-country clinical trials.

• Strong comprehension of drug development processes and regulatory landscapes in Europe.

• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English and German (additional European languages are a plus).
