This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• You will oversee clinical operations activities within your area, ensuring that your team achieves the highest standards of performance.
• Leading and managing clinical operations teams to guarantee effective planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials.
• Developing and executing strategies to streamline clinical trial processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including clinical research, data management, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment and integration of clinical operations with overall project objectives.
• Supervising site management activities such as site selection, initiation, monitoring, and closeout to ensure high-quality data and adherence to study protocols.
• Tracking trial performance metrics, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing corrective measures to resolve issues and optimize trial outcomes.
• A degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in clinical operations, with a demonstrated history of managing and executing clinical trials across various phases and therapeutic areas.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to guide and develop a team of clinical operations professionals.
• Comprehensive knowledge of clinical trial regulations, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and industry standards, along with experience in optimizing trial processes and managing operational challenges.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to meet project objectives.
• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 30%).
