This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the Clinical Operations workstream throughout the partner journey, from initial discovery to implementation, Go-Live, and continuous partner support.
• Engage in discovery calls with potential partner practices to gain insights into their structure, staffing, patient demand, workflows, technology, and implementation requirements.
• Offer operational advice on integrating Auris service models while identifying considerations related to workflow, staffing, scheduling, or training.
• Assist in recruiting and developing prospective partner practices through outreach, relationship building, and follow-up activities.
• Document and convey discovery findings, including risks and subsequent steps.
• Direct the Clinical Operations aspect of new partner clinic implementations, which includes kickoff meetings and ongoing cross-functional meetings.
• Create and uphold onboarding and training schedules for remote audiologists, Clinical Assistants, and other clinic staff.
• Monitor Clinical Operations deliverables and coordinate follow-ups as well as escalate readiness risks, delays, or obstacles.
• Participate in interviews and selection processes for clinical personnel, providing structured onboarding and readiness feedback.
• Design and sustain individualized onboarding plans, overseeing e-learning, shadowing, simulations, and validation activities.
• Organize schedules for remote audiologists using MaestroFusion™ and other scheduling platforms.
• Conduct and facilitate approved virtual and onsite training sessions.
• Oversee Clinical Assistant skills validation and simulated sessions together with remote audiologists.
• Lead onsite training, workflow validation, and the operational components of Go-Live.
• Provide implementation readiness recommendations to the Vice President of Clinical Operations.
• Act as the point of contact for Clinical Operations for designated partner practices.
• Participate in regular business reviews, preparing or contributing updates on Clinical Operations, utilization, and KPIs.
• Set operational and service KPIs with clinic leadership, define targets or benchmarks, and oversee performance monitoring.
• Facilitate ongoing education, refresher training, and Clinical Operations check-ins.
• Execute designated workflow, documentation, implementation, or quality audits.
• Collaborate with Operations, Credentialing, Licensing, Human Resources, Information Technology, Scheduling, and Sales/Business Development teams.
• Draft or modify procedures, checklists, and implementation tools for approval.
• A minimum of seven years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, practice administration, clinical operations, healthcare implementation, training, partner management, or a related area.
• Proven experience in leading teams, managing workflows, or executing complex initiatives across various stakeholders.
• Experience in healthcare or practice operations, encompassing workflow development, process enhancement, staff leadership, implementation, onboarding, training, or readiness activities.
• Direct interaction experience with healthcare leaders, clinicians, and frontline staff.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities, projects, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.
• Experience utilizing operational or clinical performance data to develop, track, and communicate KPIs with practice or healthcare leadership.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and patient privacy regulations in a clinical or telehealth context.
• Strong skills in written and verbal communication, facilitation, presentation, relationship management, and documentation with consistent follow-through.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, video conferencing platforms, learning management systems, project tracking tools, and electronic clinical systems.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time, including overnight stays.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Preferred: A Bachelor's or advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, clinical operations, audiology, education, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred experience as a practice administrator, practice manager, or leader in healthcare operations within a physician practice or multisite healthcare organization.
• Preferred experience in ENT, audiology, hearing healthcare, telehealth, remote care, or another specialty-practice environment.
• Preferred experience in supporting new clinic launches, service line implementations, practice integrations, or healthcare technology adoption.
• Preferred qualifications include a Doctor of Audiology degree, audiology license, or clinical audiology experience.
