This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Provide support for the cardiac and vascular sectors, specifically in Image Guided Therapy Devices.
• Spearhead the formulation of a long-term educational strategy that aligns with business objectives, category focuses, and clinical innovations.
• Convert enterprise and business unit strategies into executable learning frameworks and quantifiable results.
• Establish KPIs and success indicators for all programs; monitor performance using dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data visualization tools.
• Utilize insights and analytics to enhance programs, demonstrate ROI, and convey educational impact to key stakeholders.
• Recruit and onboard top-tier talent.
• Supervise, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of education professionals across various roles and regions.
• Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and innovation through clear goal-setting, consistent feedback, and career development planning.
• Collaborate across functions with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, R&D, Medical Affairs, and Operations to ensure coherence and backing for enterprise-wide educational initiatives.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to guide education design, confirm clinical relevance, and foster co-created learning experiences.
• Propel innovation in educational methodologies, tools, and technologies—integrating adaptive learning, virtual simulations, mobile learning, and AI-enabled assessments.
• Oversee and manage the clinical education budget in collaboration with Finance and Operations teams.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s in Education, Business, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in people leadership roles (training or related positions—ideally in healthcare or the medical technology sector).
• Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional educational programs, including strategic planning, KPI formulation, and performance reporting.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and retain high-performing teams.
• Experience collaborating with KOLs and working across commercial, clinical, and product functions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management capabilities.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms, proficiency tracking systems, and educational analytics is preferred.
