This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee multiple client accounts, leading a team to create comprehensive account plans that meet client needs and align with their strategic objectives, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as the primary advocate for clients within the agency, ensuring their objectives are prioritized in strategic discussions and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with pod leadership to provide timely feedback, coaching, and evaluation of team members' goals and tasks, conducting weekly 1:1 meetings to offer continuous support and ensure compliance with scorecard tasks.
• Leverage a thorough understanding of clients' businesses, industry trends, and KPIs to provide strategic advice and impactful solutions.
• Foster innovative thinking within the team, motivating the development of cutting-edge solutions that enhance client success and may lead to awards.
• Empower clients with the knowledge and confidence to discuss strategic directions and decisions, reinforcing their trust in our expertise.
• Maintain and utilize an extensive knowledge of market developments, emerging trends, and best practices in the client's business and the overall industry to improve client strategies and recommendations.
• Utilize a strong understanding of various digital channels (SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Shopping, Display, etc.) to create strategic plans that clearly connect channel recommendations to the client’s business objectives.
• 7-10 years of experience in Client Delivery roles with a solid track record of executing successful campaigns.
• Management experience is essential.
• Proficiency in multiple digital platforms and their interconnectivity.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics.
• Experience with Project Management tools.
• Knowledge of research tools such as Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, and Commspoint.
• Proven success in analyzing data and utilizing analytics tools to inform marketing decisions.
• Advanced computer skills, including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal projects.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively with both external and internal teams.
