Client Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary representative of Modern Health for our most important customers.

• Establish and nurture relationships with a diverse group of global stakeholders, including Benefit Managers, HR Executives, and consultants.

• Organize regular global account meetings to enhance and synchronize customer strategies.

• Advocate for and promote engagement with Modern Health’s mental wellness initiatives.

• Ensure success through quantifiable engagement and revenue results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in managing client relationships or selling to HR leaders in B2B technology; expertise in employer benefits and healthcare is highly advantageous.

• Demonstrated success in strategically and independently managing a portfolio of business (30+ clients across various segments).

• Candidates must be proficient in both English and Spanish.
