This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the comprehensive monthly project accounting activities.
• Evaluate and reconcile new contracts while assessing associated contracts/projects.
• Address and review concerns regarding project tracking and funds in relation to project budgets.
• Establish new clients within accounting systems and documentation.
• Examine intercompany revenue and cost transactions.
• Oversee the execution of intercompany contracts.
• Manage project revenues for business unit(s).
• Prepare monthly forecasts for project revenue.
• Handle client invoicing in accordance with contracts.
• Review and submit monthly client accruals.
• Provide support for ad hoc projects as needed, including the preparation of the annual budget.
• Collaborate with FP&A as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree with a primary focus in accounting, finance, or business.
• At least 4 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in an agency or professional services environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with month-end close processes.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles.
