This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +1 more state.
• You will develop and oversee your territory by identifying new opportunities, assisting clients in navigating business challenges, and providing insights that empower dealers to make informed business decisions.
• Achieve or surpass revenue, retention, and referral objectives within your designated territory.
• Manage your sales pipeline, ensure accurate forecasts, and drive sustainable account growth.
• Utilize CRM, sales enablement tools, and analytics to pinpoint opportunities and shape strategies.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers at each dealership, acting as a trusted advisor by offering consultative, data-driven recommendations.
• Conduct regular business reviews, employing market insights and performance data to deliver consultative support on dealer challenges and opportunities.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data, including market insights, to assist dealers in making informed business choices.
• Identify and seek cross-sell and upsell opportunities within your portfolio and collaborate with partners in other business units to create and implement customized solutions.
• Champion clients during the onboarding and implementation process to ensure a seamless experience.
• Address or direct client issues promptly and efficiently to the appropriate teams.
• Minimum: A bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience in a relevant field.
• The ideal candidate may also possess a different combination, such as a master’s degree with up to 4 years of related experience; a Ph.D. with up to 1 year; or 10 years of pertinent industry experience.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• The capability to live and travel within an assigned sales territory.
• Preferred: Experience in the automotive sector or advertising media.
• Demonstrated success in a field sales environment.
• Strong understanding of social media, digital advertising, and online platforms.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and analytical tools.
