This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio of large group employer clients in New York (100–2000 lives), acting as their trusted advisor and proactively responding to their needs throughout the plan year.
• Spearhead the execution of the annual service plan, which includes renewals, open enrollment, compliance assistance, vendor deployment, and member education.
• Create innovative, consultative benefit solutions informed by extensive knowledge of the New York market, alternative funding arrangements, carriers, and products.
• Prepare and present materials such as renewal presentations, financial reports, budget reviews, and educational sessions for clients and members.
• Work in collaboration with internal teams and vendor partners to enhance day-to-day servicing, ensure exceptional delivery, and bolster Nava’s client success capabilities.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships with client leaders and transform clients into advocates by consistently providing unique benefit solutions.
• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related discipline and/or equivalent educational background.
• 7-15 years of experience in employee benefits within a brokerage setting.
• A minimum of 5+ years of recent experience in independently managing accounts with limited guidance or AE/Consultant support.
• Recent experience supporting large employer groups in New York (100-2,000 lives).
• In-depth knowledge of large group plans and related products.
• Strong understanding of financial arrangements and health products, including fully insured, level & self-funded, and captives.
• Health Insurance License is mandatory.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and possess strong written and communication skills.
• Comfortable with public speaking, including presenting renewal information, financial updates, and conducting open enrollment meetings and webinar recordings.
