Senior Manager, Claims – Security & Loss Prevention

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and spearhead enterprise claims strategies, encompassing forecasting models, resource optimization, and KPI frameworks.

• Propel continuous improvement initiatives and integrate proactive quality management frameworks into service delivery.

• Plan, implement, and refine procedures, systems, and information flow.

• Design and create scalable reporting tools and dashboards to ensure visibility, transparency, and data-driven decision-making.

• Establish and oversee the departmental budget while effectively allocating resources.

• Provide executive-level insights and recommendations to influence senior leadership and enhance operational performance.

• Recruit, manage, schedule, and develop teams.

• Mentor employees, conduct performance evaluations, and address corrective actions, discipline, and termination recommendations.

• Convert organizational goals into actionable plans that enhance claims performance and scalability.

• Lead significant projects impacting multiple areas across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of pertinent experience, including management experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.

• Profound understanding of claims, data analytics, policies, and workflows, with knowledge of related functions.

• Strong financial acumen to manage budgets and assess team ROI.

• Familiarity with high-volume transaction environments and automation.

• Responsibility to comprehend and adhere to OnTrac’s Acceptable Use policy and security guidelines.
