
Senior Manager, Category Strategy – Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the GM and Category Directors regarding acquisition, retention, conversion, and the launch of new treatments.
• Oversee the management analytics for growth initiatives, including opportunity sizing, prioritization frameworks, and ranked roadmaps.
• Evaluate business cases and clarify assumptions and trade-offs for leadership consideration.
• Discover opportunities that enhance business value beyond individual projects.
• Construct forecasts, scenario analyses, and models for initiative sizing.
• Design and modify Looker and Amplitude dashboards and charts to provide actionable recommendations.
• Manage ongoing performance reports, initiative scorecards, and weekly business review inputs across revenue, contribution margin, retention, S2S, and ARPU.
• Collaborate closely with the analytics team for data and reporting needs.
• Create and implement experiments in partnership with product and analytics teams; evaluate outcomes and suggest enhancements.
• Lead critical one-off strategic projects and proactively address emerging challenges.
• Assess new treatments, SKUs, and programs, developing forecast models for the treatment development roadmap.
• Perform market analysis in men’s health to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in developing the launch playbook that encompasses clinical, regulatory, and go-to-market milestones.
• A minimum of 6 years of business experience.
• Experience in management consulting or strategy is essential.
• Proven track record in strategic analytics and business prioritization.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Demonstrated proficiency in synthesizing large volumes of data into concise, executive-ready narratives and materials.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
• Proactive and adaptable mindset; capable of swiftly identifying and addressing challenges independently.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in direct-to-consumer, telehealth, or consumer health is a plus.
• Familiarity with Looker and Amplitude is advantageous.
• Experience supporting product or treatment roadmap planning within a regulated environment is a plus.
