Spanish Bilingual Sourcing Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with newly established positions, ongoing assigned tasks, and roles that require renewed sourcing assistance.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with prospective candidates while showcasing BruntWork's career opportunities across various sourcing platforms.

• Analyze job specifications to determine appropriate candidate profiles and develop compelling job advertisements.

• Partner with Job Owners, Recruitment Operations, and other stakeholders to address hiring requirements.

• Produce qualified candidates and ensure active, robust pipelines for assigned roles.

• Keep candidate records and sourcing activities current within internal systems.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified, hire-ready candidates that facilitate successful role closures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar field.

• MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH.

• Familiarity with sourcing candidates from various industries, functions, or job types.

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.

• Proficient in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capable of managing multiple job openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to learn new roles, industries, and sourcing techniques.

• Understanding of recruitment metrics or talent analytics is a plus.

• Dependable, proactive, and able to work autonomously in a remote setting.

• Experience with social media livestreams is highly preferred.
