Senior Manager, Casino Operations Optimization – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Utilize Tangam software to enhance table spreads, slot product mix, labor allocation, and pricing strategies (RTP/Hold %) to maximize yield and floor usage.

• Convert intricate gaming data into practical "day-to-day" strategies for casino management.

• Serve as the representative for the EMEA market by offering insights to the product team.

• Facilitate high-level performance evaluations and workshops for C-suite executives across various jurisdictions.

• Guide junior team members and contribute to industry case studies and best practices documentation.

• Offer technical expertise during sales demonstrations and strategic negotiations with potential clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in operational roles within land-based casinos or gaming industry suppliers/vendors.

• Subject Matter Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Slots and Table Games KPIs (Win/Drop/Hold, Coin-In, Theo, and RTP).

• Optimization Mastery: Demonstrated success in labor scheduling, floor layout, and yield management.

• Analytics: Skilled in converting data into narratives using Excel and BI tools (Tableau, SAS, etc.).

• Compliance: Must meet eligibility requirements for international gaming licensure.

• Assets: Degree in Business/Finance; proficiency in French or Spanish is a plus.
