Senior Manager, Business Value Architecture

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive financial models from the ground up in Excel to assess business impact, project ROI, and illustrate the value proposition of proposed solutions for clients.

• Collaborate with our consulting teams to oversee specific deliverables related to Business Value assessment and transformation initiatives, often working in conjunction with concurrent Merkle data, technology, or digital experience implementation teams.

• Organize and conduct client discovery sessions through interviews, document reviews, surveys/questionnaires, or analysis of marketing data.

• Oversee daily consulting delivery activities, which include client meetings, discussions, workshops, deliverable evaluations, or readouts.

• Organize and direct business prioritization workshops, employing a blend of quantitative and qualitative methodologies to identify top recommendations.

• Utilize market and competitive research to identify trends, benchmarks, and best practices that will shape recommendations.

• Lead work sessions and interviews with our teams and partners to identify gaps, collect requirements, and validate recommendations.

• Create executive-level presentations that distill findings into overarching themes that guide client recommendations. Highlight key data points and metrics to illustrate the impact of our approach and strategy on the client's business.

• Assist with business development initiatives, including opportunity identification, proposal creation, and other pursuit activities.

• Foster collaboration and build relationships with our teams (account management, creative, analytics, operations) and partner agencies to assess feasibility and enhance understanding of strategic plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required, with all majors considered. Preference will be given to degrees in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields.

• At least 3 years of experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), corporate finance, strategy/consulting, business transformation, or digital transformation.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in creating financial models, analyzing data, and working with large datasets using Excel or similar tools.

• Proven ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations and presentations – proficiency in PowerPoint is essential.

• Experience and comfort in navigating a matrixed organization in roles with a significant degree of autonomy.
