Senior Manager – Business Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the configuration, integration, and management of the systems and tools utilized by Jane.

• Develop a unified overview of Jane's tool environment.

• Lead the process of selecting and acquiring tools.

• Collaborate with the executive team to comprehend workflows and identify trade-offs.

• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders.

• Manage the configuration and administration of business systems.

• Create the integration and middleware layer.

• Oversee data ingestion and pipeline infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in business systems, enterprise applications, or a similar role.

• Proven experience managing a business systems function at scale within a SaaS or similarly complex software organization.

• Practical experience in driving business requirements and designing solutions.

• Direct involvement in implementing a major CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).

• Strong technical background with modern SaaS tools.

• Experience in designing and managing integration architecture.

• Collaboration experience with Data & Analytics teams on ingestion and pipeline infrastructure.

• Strong instincts in vendor selection and procurement.

• A consultative approach focused on requirements.

• Exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven ability to standardize and operationalize processes.
