Business Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of EROS migration projects.

• Provide Month-end Support by monitoring jobs and addressing any issues related to them.

• Assist the Business in configuring EROS Copyright for new label acquisitions.

• Manage projects related to Copyright applications, including the implementation of new versions.

• Implement the EROS Copyright Change Management process.

• Offer support for Copyright Audits, which includes data extraction and reconciliation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience in the music industry and royalty functions, including both artist and copyright aspects.

• Proven background in managing complex music and royalty data migrations.

• Experience in project management for large systems development and implementation.

• Strongly preferred experience in managing third-party contractors and offshore development teams.

• Exceptional analytical skills with the capability to validate intricate analyses and data reconciliations.

• Proven leadership skills in achieving common goals within a matrix organizational structure.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Collaborative team player who can work effectively with both business units and Technology Teams.

• Capacity to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a high-pressure setting.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, MS Office, and Google Tools (Docs and Sheets).
