This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Serve as the strategic architect for enhancing operational efficiency within our global channel ecosystem.
• Spearhead the transformation of our management processes for various Routes-to-Market (RTM) by implementing AI-driven automation.
• Connect Sales Operations, IT, Partner Program, Sales, and the Partner ecosystem to develop a scalable, intelligent, and highly efficient channel engine.
• Perform comprehensive analyses across our channel RTMs and personas to identify, quantify, and prioritize valuable automation opportunities.
• Oversee the integration and deployment of automated and AI-driven solutions, focusing on systems and data.
• Collaborate with our Distributors, Sales Ops, and IT to streamline complex pricing, quoting (CPQ), and end-to-end contract workflows.
• Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Create a long-term vision for an "Automation-First" channel platform.
• Establish KPIs for operational efficiency and implement strong data governance.
• Bachelor’s Degree (Masters/advanced degree preferred) in Information Systems/Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Operations.
• Over 15 years of experience in IT Business Operations, Sales/Channel Operations, or Enterprise Automation, particularly within large-scale software or technology firms.
• In-depth knowledge of the Software Channel Ecosystem, including Distributors, Value-Added Resellers, and Managed Service Providers.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale process re-engineering initiatives in complex, global environments.
• Ability to influence stakeholders who may be hesitant to move away from traditional "manual" processes.
• Extensive experience with Enterprise CRM/PRM systems, as well as API and systems integrations.
• Proficient in Google Suite, including Data Studio, Big Query, App Script, and Google Gemini/Gems and Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform.
• Coding skills in Python, Selenium, and BOTs.
• Up-to-date knowledge of AI platform advancements and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with iPaaS/Automation platforms and the application of LLMs/AI Agents to these workflows.
• Understanding of data architecture and the capability to collaborate with engineers on API-led connectivity.
