Senior Manager, Business Operations – New Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the '0-to-1' development of new business lines.

• Conduct customer research, create product specifications, and strategize feature roadmaps.

• Utilize Figma and Codex/Claude to develop prototypes.

• Launch a new business line from the ground up, including the incubation of the new vertical.

• Recruit and assemble a team for the new business line.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of post-MBA experience (or equivalent) at a prestigious firm.

• At least 4 years of experience in management consulting (preferably MBB), investment banking, or within a high-growth startup environment.

• Proficient in conducting complex data analysis independently.

• Proven history of transforming ambiguous challenges into tangible outcomes.

• Comfortable engaging with executives.
