This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and uphold a three-year roadmap for enterprise applications that aligns with the organization's objectives and digital transformation goals.
• Convert business strategies into scalable technical projects, measurable key performance indicators, and well-defined project portfolios.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-achieving team of analysts, developers, and administrators.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of enterprise applications (e.g., GSuite, Zoho, NetSuite, Slack, Okta, Healthie, Doxy)—from selection and implementation to integration and decommissioning.
• Lead initiatives across platforms that focus on data quality, governance, and master data management.
• Drive automation and enhancements in processes through the use of APIs, low-code solutions, and emerging technologies to reduce manual tasks.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors: negotiate contracts, monitor service level agreements, control licensing expenditures, and supervise renewals.
• Supervise application provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management to ensure a smooth and secure employee experience.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve and integrate internally developed tools; establish release, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing processes.
• Ensure adherence to SOC 2, HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST, and other regulatory standards throughout the application landscape.
• Implement effective role-based access controls, audit trails, and incident response strategies.
• Monitor system uptime, usage, and return on investment; provide executive-level dashboards and insights.
• Assess end-user satisfaction and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage the applications budget, encompassing licenses, tools, and services.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of experience leading enterprise applications or business systems functions, including a minimum of 3 years in a management capacity.
• Proven success in implementing and integrating cloud-based SaaS solutions (GSuite, Zoho, NetSuite, Slack, Okta, etc.).
• Extensive knowledge of systems integration, data governance, and the complete software development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated expertise in vendor negotiations, license optimization, and managing third-party risks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional influencing abilities.
• Experience leading large-scale change management or digital transformation initiatives.
• Practical knowledge of modern data architectures, APIs, and automation frameworks.
