This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Direct business operations across various countries.
• Lead and nurture a team of Business Operations Partners.
• Supervise office establishment, entity formation, and market introductions.
• Manage payroll execution and local operational necessities.
• Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Assist in recruiting operations, onboarding recruiters, and hiring processes.
• Organize and implement company events, offsites, and operational logistics.
• Monitor critical initiatives and ensure timely completion of actions.
• Enhance processes as needed to boost efficiency and reliability.
• Proven experience in business operations, strategic operations, founder's office, or related positions.
• Experience in managing projects that involve multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
• Comfortable engaging with recruiting, finance, legal, and administrative functions.
• Capable of identifying issues, making decisions, and driving execution independently.
• Strong sense of ownership and readiness to take responsibility for results.
