• Take ownership of and lead a portfolio of critical workstreams and initiatives.

• Discover and implement practical AI and automation solutions.
• Lead initiatives such as audit follow-ups, compliance enhancements, cost-saving measures, and policy implementations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the COO and functional leaders.
• A methodical problem-solver with 5–7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or operations within business or social impact sectors.
• Highly analytical — skilled in using data to diagnose problems, generate insights, and inform decisions.
• A builder and operator — you have successfully led complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish, resulting in measurable improvements in performance or efficiency.
• Systems-oriented — adept at quickly identifying inefficiencies and designing processes, tools, or workflows that enhance team performance at scale.
• A clear and direct communicator — able to simplify complexity and influence senior stakeholders with concise and well-structured ideas.
• An influencer without authority — capable of aligning teams, navigating trade-offs, and advancing work across functions.
• Technically proficient — comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and project management tools; eager to apply AI and automation to address real operational challenges.
