This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement integration initiatives across multiple acquisitions annually
• Oversee the complete integration lifecycle—from initial due diligence to 12–24 months after closing
• Propel workstream execution in areas such as product engineering, general and administrative tasks, and value creation strategies
• Convert deal objectives into comprehensive operational plans that align with synergy goals and timelines
• Manage synergy tracking systems and ensure functional teams are accountable for meeting execution deadlines
• Identify and take charge of discovering new synergy opportunities after the close
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders in Corporate Development, Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Legal
• Maintain oversight regarding risks, timelines, interdependencies, and value realization across ongoing integrations
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of integration frameworks, templates, and operational rhythms
• Practical experience in steering M&A integrations within a dynamic, high-growth environment
• Proficiency in integration strategies, synergy frameworks, and governance structures
• Proven track record of coordinating and managing intricate projects spanning product, engineering, finance, and G&A workstreams
• Established ability to engage stakeholders effectively during complex integration processes
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and directly at all organizational levels
• Direct exposure to IT/systems and HR/people integration
• Experience with Corporate Development/M&A processes and due diligence is preferred
