This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• The Business Process Lead Consultant plays a crucial role in assisting or leading the development and execution of intricate consulting projects.
• This position serves as the representative for the business area in strategic planning initiatives and offers recommendations grounded in best practice benchmarking, data analysis, and forecasting.
• This role engages with clients to pinpoint current and future business requirements for large-scale, complex end-to-end processes.
• This individual oversees research, design, build, testing, deployment, analysis, administration, and the maintenance of environments.
• Demonstrates a solid understanding of business unit and/or industry systems, processes, and requirements.
• Initiates and supports efforts for business optimization to facilitate effective and efficient delivery of valued services.
• May supervise other staff members or lead a virtual cross-functional team.
• Manages the implementation of hardware and software technology components by analyzing the current system environment with technical tools and utilities, performing complex product customization, and developing implementation and verification procedures to ensure successful system hardware/software installations.
• Collaborates with service engineers, technology architects, vendors, and business clients to guarantee that modified hardware and software technology components function together seamlessly.
• Ensures the successful completion of projects by aligning with organizational objectives and anticipating future impacts and needs for adaptations and changes in end-to-end processes on a global or enterprise level.
• Represents the business area in strategic planning discussions with senior-level executives.
• Understands the departmental cost structure and its connections to other areas.
• Initiates the implementation of solutions that enhance profitability and operational efficiencies.
• Gathers and analyzes requirements from business and stakeholders.
• Collects and evaluates process data to initiate, develop, and recommend business practices and procedures.
• Applies best practices when summarizing, consolidating, and presenting findings and recommendations to senior leaders and officers.
