This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborates with the Technical Services team to gather and present data in a usable format. This involves identifying both the systems capable of reporting data and those that require external assistance to extract necessary information.
• Partners with executives and other business leaders to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Utilizes graphs, infographics, and various methods to visualize data effectively.
• Actively communicates potential issues and operational inefficiencies with internal team members through both verbal and non-verbal means.
• Designs and implements a technical training curriculum for the Service team, continuously updating it to align with business requirements.
• Develops and assesses the effectiveness of training evaluations.
• Creates, develops, indexes, and maintains process and technical documentation.
• Tracks end-user feedback, process alterations, and system development efforts to support ongoing improvements in training and documentation.
• Analyzes business processes alongside subject matter experts, identifying technological needs and documenting new procedures. Advocates for the use of technology and tools to enhance efficiency and improvement in departmental processes.
• This includes working with the Software Development team (and others) to effectively plan requirements for initiatives, ensuring that business needs are met during the rollout of each initiative.
• A key example includes maintaining and enhancing rollouts in systems such as CRM (HubSpot), WOMs (FSG, InJobs, and future SiteTracker), among other business systems.
• Oversees online content, including the coordination, updating, and maintenance of user interfaces, along with documenting processes and policies.
• Advocates for training opportunities and resources available to employees.
• Coordinates efforts related to training, documentation, and talent management systems with other district training resources.
• Maintains daily logs and records of all functions within Company systems.
• Leads improvement projects with the software development team based on data analysis.
• Works with leadership to develop strategies aimed at improving operational efficiency.
• Utilizes project management improvement methodologies to implement and foster growth initiatives.
• Minimum of an Associate’s degree, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships.
• Skill in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in documenting technical processes.
• Experience with data management tools.
• Background in networking, thermostat, and refrigeration is advantageous.
• Passion for continuous learning, supported by the organization, both technically and professionally.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
