📋 Description

• Act as a strategic ally to executive leadership, influencing long-term direction and participating in enterprise-level decision-making.

• Take ownership of the analytical framework and narrative for board-related decisions, ensuring strategies are backed by thorough analysis and solid business rationale.

• Assess key factors such as unit economics, portfolio performance, and operational trade-offs, providing actionable insights.

• Collaborate with Finance on forecasting, scenario analysis, and financial planning for strategic projects.

• Design, implement, and continuously enhance the company's operational model, including business reviews, quarterly planning, and executive reporting.

• Oversee prioritization processes to guarantee alignment with business objectives as the organization grows.

• Develop and refine reporting frameworks, dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards to deliver a consistent performance overview.

• Lead organization-wide initiatives that involve multiple functions, including Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Technology.

• Convert executive priorities into structured plans with defined scope, ownership, timelines, and success metrics.

• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution by bridging strategy with delivery.

• Utilize data and analytics to guide decision-making, generate insights, and support leadership goals.

• Recognize trends and emerging risks within the business, proactively identifying areas needing attention.

• Cultivate strong relationships across leadership and functions, serving as a trusted partner in addressing complex challenges.

• Operate with a high level of autonomy while maintaining close coordination with PMO leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business operations, strategic finance, consulting, banking, or a related field, showcasing ownership of strategic initiatives.

• Preferred background in auto lending or consumer lending, with knowledge across originations, credit, and servicing.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior leadership and provide informed insights on complex business issues.

• Experience in building or scaling programs, processes, or reporting frameworks from inception.

• Strong execution abilities with a knack for establishing clarity, structure, and accountability while minimizing unnecessary complexity.

• Advanced analytical skills, with experience working across operational and financial data to derive actionable insights.

• Proficient in analytical tools and technologies, including Excel and spreadsheet modeling, as well as business intelligence platforms like Tableau or Power BI, with familiarity in SQL or similar data querying tools preferred.

• Excellent written communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex information into clear, concise, and leadership-ready documents.

• Ability to function effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on outcomes and decision-making.

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, adept at navigating cross-functional priorities.

• Hands-on approach and readiness to independently create analyses, materials, and deliverables as required.
