This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the scheduling organization for NAM Major Correctives, focusing on workforce and project deployment planning.
• Establish and uphold operational rhythms, governance processes, and business controls that facilitate major corrective execution.
• Propel continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, customer responsiveness, and operational efficiency.
• Create scalable processes that support business growth and adapt to evolving execution models.
• Supervise scheduling teams tasked with deploying technicians, contractors, and project resources.
• Ensure alignment of customer availability, project readiness, workforce capacity, and execution priorities.
• Manage prioritization processes for urgent outages, customer escalations, and critical corrective campaigns.
• Develop forecasting models to optimize labor utilization and reduce downtime.
• Own the tracking processes for customer availability across all major corrective programs.
• Maintain visibility into future execution timelines and customer readiness.
• Collaborate with Project Management and Customer Support teams to maximize execution opportunities.
• Identify scheduling risks and formulate mitigation plans to safeguard revenue and backlog conversion.
• Lead the operational response to customer escalations.
• Facilitate rapid issue resolution through cross-functional collaboration.
• Establish governance for escalations, reporting, and root cause analysis processes.
• Provide executive-level updates regarding critical customer issues and recovery actions.
• Oversee invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Collaborate closely with Finance and Project Management teams to enhance cash collection performance.
• Monitor revenue recognition readiness and pinpoint billing risks.
• Implement process improvements that shorten invoice cycle times and enhance working capital performance.
• Own the operational performance reporting for Major Correctives.
• Develop and sustain executive dashboards, KPI reporting, forecasting tools, and business reviews.
• Analyze trends in backlog, utilization, productivity, revenue, customer availability, invoicing, and execution performance.
• Deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Act as the business owner for operational systems that facilitate Major Correctives execution.
• Collaborate with Digital, IT, Finance, and Operations teams to enhance system functionality and reporting capabilities.
• Lead the requirements gathering and implementation of new tools, workflows, and automation opportunities.
• Drive the standardization and simplification of business processes across the region.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in operations, project management, business operations, scheduling, analytics, or related fields.
• Proven experience in leading teams and fostering operational excellence.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Established ability to influence others without direct authority.
