Data & Business Operations Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Identify opportunities for enhancing our processes to address common challenges and suggest innovative, practical solutions.

• Optimize our tool stack to automate repetitive tasks, freeing up time for yourself and your colleagues to concentrate on higher-impact initiatives.

• Develop no-code/low-code solutions for event organizers, which may eventually be integrated into our Product offerings for testing and feedback collection.

• Document and provide training for team members on the new tools and processes you create, experiencing the fulfillment of seeing others integrate your work into their daily activities.

• Create and sustain tools that enhance the efficiency of operations teams (automation, macros, etc.).

• Maintain tools and processes to ensure seamless workflow for all team members.

• Design and implement internal AI-powered tools; craft effective prompts and offer relevant context.

• Assist in evaluating organizer performance by analyzing revenue generation against costs such as marketing and support time.

• Perform ad-hoc, thorough data analyses to uncover root causes of issues and evaluate their impact.

• Support operational stakeholders (Support, Account Management, Marketing, Field Ops, etc.) with their business intelligence needs and requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are nearing graduation from an Engineering program, Business School, or a university with a strong focus on quantitative studies.

• You possess exceptional analytical abilities.

• You are proactive, organized, and capable of working independently.

• You utilize AI tools daily.

• You have skills in SQL/BI tools or are eager to learn them.

• Experience with no-code automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.) is advantageous.

• You are fluent in French; proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.

• You are eligible to work in France.
