This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Identify, engage, and secure new advertiser partnerships in high-growth verticals.
• Develop and oversee a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and market research.
• Manage the entire demand-side sales cycle, including prospecting, needs assessment, value positioning, pricing strategy, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Serve as a strategic consultant to advertisers by understanding their key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth objectives, aligning AdAction’s rewarded solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Account Management, Solutions, and Marketing to ensure successful onboarding, launches, and long-term partner success.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of advertiser funnels, optimization strategies, and performance metrics, including CPA, ROAS, retention, conversion rates, quality scores, and incremental lift.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and emerging opportunities to guide vertical expansion and product strategy.
• Represent AdAction at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Ensure accurate pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting in the CRM.
• Provide senior-level insights into advertiser strategy, market positioning, and future product development.
• Over 4 years of experience in mobile advertising, performance marketing, user acquisition, or demand-side ad tech sales, demonstrating a strong record of revenue growth.
• Established network within relevant advertiser categories, especially in Gaming and non-Gaming verticals.
• In-depth knowledge of paid acquisition channels, attribution models, ROAS optimization, and user acquisition performance metrics.
• Strong familiarity with AI-driven tools and concepts related to targeting, measurement, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging marketing teams, user acquisition leaders, and senior decision-makers.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Highly self-motivated, strategic, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client meetings and industry events.
