Senior Manager, BizOps – Analytics

📋 Description

• Integrate within a primary business domain—growth, product development, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships—and manage its analytical function comprehensively.

• Identify business inquiries and determine the analyses necessary to guide decision-making.

• Establish key metrics, develop reports, conduct analyses, and create experiments.

• Highlight data insights that enhance critical business performance indicators.

• Deliver recommendations to teams in product, growth, finance, and operations.

• Clarify current conditions, the reasons behind them, and propose subsequent actions.

• Propel significant initiatives and results through effective execution.

• Partner with cross-functional business teams to shape decisions and create meaningful impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or rapidly growing technology company.

• Proficient analytical skills.

• Capability to independently extract, organize, and interpret data.

• Proven history of addressing ambiguous challenges and producing measurable results.

• Strong, persuasive communication abilities, with a knack for influencing decisions at leadership levels.

• Proficient in Excel, SQL, or Python.

• Experience in defining metrics, creating reports, conducting analyses, and designing experiments.
