Senior Manager, BizOps – Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +14 more states.

📋 Description

• Integrate within a key business domain—growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships—and take ownership of its analytics function from start to finish.

• Determine the business inquiries that analyses should address and the decisions they should guide.

• Question poorly defined or flawed queries prior to commencing analysis.

• Establish metrics, create reports, conduct analyses, design experiments, and extract insights that enhance critical metrics.

• Present recommendations to teams in product, growth, finance, and operations.

• Clarify what is occurring, the reasons behind it, and suggest appropriate next steps.

• Lead initiatives and decisions through to execution comprehensively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or a rapidly growing technology company.

• Excellent analytical capabilities with the ability to independently gather, structure, and interpret data.

• Proven history of tackling ambiguous challenges and delivering substantial impact.

• Strong and persuasive communication skills with the capacity to influence decisions at the leadership level.

• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python.

• Capability to deconstruct ambiguous problems into distinct hypotheses prior to data analysis.
