Senior Manager – Biosample Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Delivers strategic and expert guidance on the operational feasibility, implementation, and execution of biosample operations activities within designated clinical studies/programs.

• Guarantees timely updates on status and elevation of risks/issues to the clinical Study Team.

• Promotes process enhancements and either leads or contributes to initiatives aimed at achieving functional excellence within the department and the wider organization.

• Takes ownership of the biosample operations plan, ensuring its upkeep and necessary modifications throughout the clinical study execution.

• Serves as the primary point of contact (POC) for the Study Team regarding all aspects related to biosample operations.

• Directs a cross-functional biosample operations team.

• Oversees biosample management activities in clinical studies.

• Holds accountability for planning, implementing, and executing biosample operations activities.

• Reviews and contributes insights on protocols, informed consent forms (ICFs), lab manuals, and regulatory submissions.

• Ensures compliance with ICH-GCP, GCLP, biobanking policies, and relevant ethical standards.
