Co-Founder, Head of Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• You will take ownership of, develop, and manage your startup in areas such as Longevity.

• You will embark on a comprehensive personal development journey designed by successful unicorn founders, following a fully tailored program that enhances your goal-setting, time management, and energy management skills.

• You will receive assistance in recruitment through our network of over 50,000 professionals, along with guidance and best practices from experienced entrepreneurs.

• You will undergo intensive coaching to prepare your startup for raising millions in funding.

• You will collaborate with us to iterate your product until achieving product-market fit, and receive support in establishing a sales team or developing a marketing strategy accordingly.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are located in Europe or the Americas, or you are open to relocating.

• You are ready to fully commit to your own startup and scale it to over €100 million in revenue.

• You possess outstanding communication skills in English.
