Senior Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive application security evaluations (SAST/DAST/SCA, penetration testing, secure code review, threat modeling)

• Create and implement Secure SDLC frameworks tailored for Agile/DevOps environments

• Provide guidance to CISOs and CTOs regarding application security strategies, roadmaps, and return on investment

• Manage extensive multi-workstream projects

• Counsel clients on the secure integration of AI/ML and GenAI solutions, encompassing risk assessments, governance, and secure enterprise incorporation

• Lead client-facing initiatives to evaluate and secure AI/ML applications, offering strategic insights on risk management, governance, and the mitigation of vulnerabilities such as prompt injection and data exposure

• Develop proprietary methodologies, accelerators, and intellectual property in AppSec (e.g., AI-driven secure coding, intelligent vulnerability prioritization, zero-trust application architecture)

• Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and conference presentations (Black Hat, RSA, OWASP)

• Assist in proposal development and closing deals for strategic initiatives

• Build and enhance AI security offerings, including GenAI security frameworks and AI risk governance models

• Mentor and manage the performance of a team of 20–25 consultants (Managers, Seniors, Analysts)

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering (BE) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Master of Computer Applications (MCA)

• At least 12+ years of experience in application security, secure SDLC, DevSecOps, or security architecture

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Previous experience in a Big 4 firm or a comparable consulting environment as a Manager / Senior Manager
