Regional Property Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Manage the operations of several affordable apartment communities within a designated portfolio.

• Offer leadership, direction, and accountability to Community Managers and site teams to achieve operational excellence.

• Assess monthly financial performance and variance reports.

• Ensure compliance of the portfolio with federal, state, and local affordable housing regulations.

• Proven expertise in financial management and budgeting.

• Established leadership experience in managing multi-site teams.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned portfolio.
