District Manager – Thai & Asian Cuisine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversees a team of 6-8 Account Executives

• Guide representatives in conducting effective discovery meetings and live demonstrations

• Assist the Director by collecting feedback from the front lines

• Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of the sales funnel for each market

• Ensure that delivery meets the expectations set during the sales process

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess fluency in Thai

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in either sourcing or closing roles

• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership position

• Demonstrated history of success

• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, innovative, and adaptable with the capacity to thrive under pressure
