Manager, SOX Transformation – Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing SOX processes through automation, AI, analytics, and redesigning processes.

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for SOX transformation and ongoing improvement.

• Streamline and standardize control activities throughout the organization.

• Establish data-driven monitoring and reporting capabilities.

• Introduce innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, transparency, and compliance effectiveness.

• Collaborate with business, technology, and audit stakeholders to facilitate change and promote the adoption of new tools and processes.

• Assist in the development of a modern, technology-driven SOX compliance function.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in process improvement, automation, digital transformation, compliance, or initiatives related to controls.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing automation, AI, analytics, or other technological solutions that enhance business processes or controls.

• Proven track record of working across various functions and leading change initiatives.
