This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Lead comprehensive testing initiatives for the 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform implementations and upgrades.
• Formulate and oversee testing strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases.
• Manage System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression, and Smoke Testing procedures.
• Ensure that test coverage is in line with business requirements and release goals.
• Facilitate defect management, prioritization, resolution, and governance of quality assurance.
• Utilize AI-assisted testing to enhance test optimization, defect analysis, risk-based testing, and quality forecasting.
• Own and supervise the complete release management lifecycle across all environments.
• Organize release schedules, deployments, risk mitigation strategies, readiness reviews, and post-release validations.
• Employ AI/ML tools for assessing release risks, tracking dependencies, monitoring deployments, and generating predictive insights.
• Handle communications with stakeholders, reporting, dashboards, quality metrics, and cross-functional resolution of issues.
• At least 8 years of experience in Test Management, Quality Assurance, and Release Management within enterprise application settings.
• Expertise in PLM & 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX platform, PLM processes, product lifecycle management).
• Proficiency in Test Management & Quality Assurance (test strategy, SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, test automation).
• Experience in Release Management & Deployment Governance (release planning, deployment coordination, change management, release readiness).
• Strong skills in Stakeholder & Program Coordination (cross-functional team leadership, client engagement, executive reporting, risk management).
• Competence in Defect & Issue Management (root cause analysis, issue prioritization, risk mitigation, escalation management).
• Background in Project Delivery & Agile Methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, sprint planning, release planning).
• Knowledge of AI/ML & Advanced Quality Engineering (predictive analytics, intelligent testing, AI-assisted defect analysis, release risk forecasting, automated dashboards).
• Familiarity with Reporting & Governance (quality metrics, KPI tracking, release reporting, compliance, and audit readiness).
