
Senior Manager / Associate Director, Market Access & Reimbursement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhance coverage, coding, and payment strategies for both existing and new products targeting public and private payors.
• Obtain unique CPT, PLA, or ICD-10 diagnostic codes as necessary.
• Develop and improve persuasive, evidence-based payor value dossiers and additional marketing materials for public and private payers.
• Align clinical trial endpoints to meet payer evidence requirements, including cost-effectiveness modeling and clinical utility studies.
• Collaborate with CDx Billing to assess market and payor trends, significant policy changes, and other reimbursement dynamics.
• Establish relationships with medical directors at both regional and national commercial health plans, as well as with Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs).
• Present clinical and economic data to achieve favorable coverage policies.
• Collaborate with health economics firms to develop cost-effectiveness models.
• Partner with CDx Marketing to engage patient advocacy groups and clinicians to support coverage initiatives.
• Provide guidance to CDx R&D and Clinical teams regarding clinical utility study design.
• Stay updated on changes in healthcare compliance standards and educate internal sales teams on billing and prior authorization processes.
• Work closely with CDx Sales leadership to keep the team informed about new coverage policies and contracting updates.
• Over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• At least 7 years of experience in reimbursement and market access, with a strong preference for diagnostics experience in oncology.
• Bachelor’s degree or a higher degree in a relevant field.
• Proven record of success in market access for both LDT and IVD products.
• Comprehensive understanding of HEOR, managed care, and health policies.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in uncertain environments.
• Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and build internal relationships.
