• Take full ownership of the Associate Clinician Program, encompassing its structure, standards, and outcomes.
• Establish what constitutes "excellence" in terms of associate performance, experience, and development.
• Create scalable systems to facilitate growth among supervisors and care models.
• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, compliance, retention, and patient outcomes, and strive for continuous improvement.
• Conduct clinical interviews for both associate clinicians and clinical supervisors.
• Implement and uphold clinical quality standards across all care delivered by associates.
• Manage high-risk and complex cases, ensuring appropriate escalation procedures are followed.
• Design and maintain a robust, high-quality supervision model that emphasizes development rather than mere compliance.
• Interview, train, and cultivate a strong pool of supervisors.
• Clearly define and uphold expectations for associate clinicians.
• Possess an active, unrestricted clinical LCSW license (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Psychologist).
• Fulfill BBS requirements for providing clinical supervision.
• Have 5 or more years of clinical experience post-licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supervising or mentoring clinicians.
• Strong understanding of ethical standards, risk management, and clinical best practices.
• Knowledgeable about BBS Regulations concerning Associate and Supervisor requirements.
