
Senior Manager, Asset Protection – EHS, Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain leadership to execute AP/EHS strategies that foster safety excellence, enhance operational efficiency, ensure inventory accuracy, maintain physical security, and support business continuity across Distribution Centers.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Asset Protection & EHS Managers across multiple Distribution Center locations.
• Promote continuous improvement in safety performance through root cause analysis, injury prevention programs, corrective action plans, and adherence to regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate safety, security, inventory, and operational performance metrics to pinpoint trends, risks, and areas for enhancement.
• Present insights, recommendations, and action plans to executive and Supply Chain leadership.
• Perform assessments of Distribution Centers, operational reviews, and facility audits to ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Distribution Center Directors and Operations leaders to enforce accountability for safety performance, inventory integrity, equipment operation, and workplace compliance.
• Lead or supervise investigations related to workplace incidents, injuries, property damage, inventory loss, theft, fraud, security breaches, and policy violations.
• Monitor and manage essential risk indicators, including OSHA recordables, workers' compensation trends, inventory discrepancies, cargo theft, physical security weaknesses, and cost-of-risk metrics.
• Assist in physical security initiatives such as access control systems, CCTV, alarm monitoring, visitor management, and facility security assessments.
• Work in partnership with Transportation, Facilities, Human Resources, Legal, and Operations teams to mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
• Spearhead AP/EHS training programs for Distribution Center leadership and staff to enhance awareness, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
• Aid in crisis management, emergency preparedness, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning throughout the Supply Chain network.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Asset Protection, Environmental Health & Safety, Risk Management, or Supply Chain Security.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in multi-site operations within Distribution Centers, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Retail Supply Chain settings.
• Proven experience in conducting workplace incident investigations and executing corrective action programs.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety compliance standards.
• Successful completion of a thorough background check.
• Wicklander-Zulawski certification or an equivalent investigative interviewing certification is preferred (or a commitment to obtain it within 90 days).
