This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Oversee a team of marketers focused on enterprise accounts.
• Mentor and manage the account-based marketing team, which includes recruitment, talent development, fostering team culture, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure that the marketing initiatives of the team are in line with the corporate vision, themes, and brand standards.
• Assist in shaping the strategy for Named Accounts ABM.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing and leading a team.
• At least 8 years of experience in B2B account-based marketing, customer life cycle, or customer success marketing, with demonstrated skills specific to account-based marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce.com, Marketo, 6Sense, Folloze, etc.
