This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage in cutting-edge data science applications to address complex business challenges.
• Take the lead role in the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) program, spearheading strategic initiatives related to pricing, promotions, assortment, and portfolio optimization.
• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to convert business challenges into comprehensive analytics solution designs.
• Oversee analytics projects, working in tandem with client stakeholders and Tiger’s globally dispersed team.
• Participate in team discussions to select and implement appropriate analytic techniques, generating actionable business insights.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, establishing trust and credibility with VP-level and executive stakeholders.
• Define and implement the RGM analytics roadmap, aligning business priorities with actionable analytics programs that foster revenue growth and profitability.
• Lead client dialogues on pricing strategies, promotion effectiveness, trade investment optimization, assortment planning, and initiatives for enhancing commercial performance.
• Collaborate with business, commercial, sales, marketing, and category management teams to pinpoint growth opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.
• Deliver strategic insights and thought leadership by utilizing analytics to impact key business decisions and foster long-term growth strategies.
• Direct cross-functional teams composed of Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Business Consulting professionals to provide high-impact RGM solutions.
• A minimum of 12 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years focused on Revenue Growth Management (RGM).
• Strong expertise within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or Manufacturing sectors.
• Proven ability to engage with executive/VP-level stakeholders within the client organization to translate business issues into elevated analytics solution strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in leading RGM programs and advancing initiatives related to Pricing, Promotion Effectiveness, Assortment Optimization, Trade Promotion Analytics, and Portfolio Management.
• Excellent consulting and stakeholder management abilities, with a talent for influencing senior business leaders and serving as a trusted advisor.
• Solid knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
• Strong project management and team leadership skills, capable of collaborating with global teams.
• Proficient in SQL and experienced with analytic tools such as R and Python, along with visualization software like Qlik or Tableau.
• Proven track record in defining analytics roadmaps and providing strategic recommendations that enhance both top-line growth and margin improvement.
• Familiarity with commercial analytics, sales analytics, category management, customer profitability analytics, and demand forecasting is highly desirable.
• Degree in Business Analytics, MBA, or equivalent work experience.
