Senior Manager, Americas Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design, positioning, and implementation of client-oriented workforce solutions throughout the Americas.

• Create workforce solution designs tailored for the Americas, encompassing permanent, contingent, and service-based work models.

• Act as a subject matter expert in Solutions throughout the sales lifecycle and for strategic client accounts.

• Establish service delivery models while identifying key operational dependencies, risks, and transition considerations.

• Stay informed about workforce technologies, including VMS, ATS, CRM, analytics, automation, AI, and digital tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years in workforce solutions, talent acquisition operations, or contingent labor management.

• At least 3 years in solution design, program management, or pre-sales/commercial roles within an MSP, RPO, or staffing context.

• Demonstrated success in converting client requirements and market opportunities into scalable solution designs across various workforce models.

• Strong experience in cross-functional stakeholder management — adept at presenting to C-suite executives, procurement, and HR leadership.
