Senior Manager, Amazon Growth

📋 Description

• Design the long-term growth strategy for LG H&H America’s Amazon operations.

• Oversee essential components of the Amazon business, including merchandising, content creation, and website performance.

• Utilize customer, product, and site performance data to improve the customer experience.

• Work in partnership with brand marketing and creative teams to create engaging content.

• Establish and maintain robust relationships with Amazon partners.

• Create and oversee the budget for the Amazon business.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, ideally in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or multichannel retail management.

• At least 3 years of experience in Amazon business strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• In-depth understanding of Amazon’s business model, strategy, and Amazon Vendor Central.

• Strong capability to develop and implement strategic business plans.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects with limited supervision.

• Outstanding analytical abilities.

• Superior written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• A creative approach to problem-solving.
